    A memorable stay for all the right reasons, in particular the excellent staff!
    The staff were excellent: Rajesh was an excellent concierge! Fazal was very attentive to all our needs. I forget the name of the Breakfast coordinator who was very pleasant and obviously a genuine person - had a tough job to allocate tables when guests (incl ourselves) were busy chatting! The reception staff were also brilliant. I have fond memories of our stay and am already missing the atmosphere of the 'Fort Hotel' and the attentiveness and professionalism of the Staff!! rgds Bruno
    the room size was a bit on the smallish size according to my wife, but hey, how much time does one actually spend in the room to notice the size...unless you are a compulsive 'sleepwalker'.

    Excellent position for experiencing authentic Mumbai
    The hotel is situated in the centre of Mumbai with many local businesses markets hotels and restaurants close by. The room we were allocated was situated in an annex close to the hotel. The entrance to the annex is situated on the Main Street in Mumbai there is a lift to the rooms and porterage available at all times. The rooms are immaculately clean with a very good shower. The staff are extremely welcoming providing a snack on arrival . A very informative tour and taxis were arranged at our request. The restaurant in the main hotel provided a good breakfast and good value for money snacks and meals.

    Excellent stay! They upgraded my room which was nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with dosas and uttapams made fresh to order. Great location in the fort area - walking distance to India Gate, Colaba and Marine Drive.

    Brilliant stay, excellent staff. Totally recommend.
    Staff was brilliant, the concierge Gopal and Rajesh were great help in arranging car tours (which was a great value), getting sim card, or answering any questions in general. Very accommodating to our late check in. The location is great with walking distance to many tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. The hotel itself is very good value, very comfortable, felt more like a 4-star stay rather than a 2-star as advertised in Google. Fast complimentary wifi which was great for video meetings for work. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Mumbai, totally recommend. Also we were not bothered by noise from the constructions at all and had great sleep.

    Location might be a bit difficult to find by taxi drivers, maybe worthwhile getting an airport transfer.
