    Average/a little above average stay at Residency tower
    Food and breakfast buffet spread was very good. Bed was comfortable and ACs were working fine all through our stay. Spacious rooms. Special thanks to Athul from front desk who allotted us rooms close to each other (3 families)
    The bathroom cleanliness needs a lot of improvement and attention ..! There are bathtubs but badly maintained .. the bath mats in the tub were not very clean. Bath towels also were yellowish and not fully white.. Could not consider having a bathtub bath as the area under the bath mat was very unclean and dirty. The bathrooms are really old and need remodeling! They need to be renovated. The WiFi did not work for even a single day while we were there. We even called the technician who simply blamed it to be an outside server problem and didnt bother to fix it!

    Comfortable stay with decent WiFi
    Well appointed and spacious rooms. Prompt room service and a very nice breakfast spread. The mattress in the suite rooms is good for people with back problems.

    Comfortable, clean, friendly staff.
    Very good food. They accommodated my early check in which I appreciated.
    Minor detail -- bathroom was missing a hand towel. Would be nice to have an iron in the room. Lobby cafe was shut down, so the cafe name should be removed inside the building and online.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Upstairs restaurant has a decent view and has a relaxing, casual atmosphere.
    This hotel has potential and was probably four stars in its heyday, but those days are long gone as its age and the attendant wear and tear is really starting to show (apart from the front desk area). Additionally, rooms are dirty (walls, floors, furniture, bathroom, bed) and in desperate need of a good scrub down and update.
