Guests have been returning to this Richmond Hill hotel for years due to its ideal location with great views. One guest praises the staff for their welcoming gestures, while another enjoyed their stay (Read More) in a junior suite with helpful amenities. The restaurant received mixed reviews, with breakfast being excellent but dinner disappointing. Overall, guests would happily stay again but might skip dinner in the restaurant.

Romantic and rejuvenating
We were really grateful to the staff for making a special effort with us. They recognised the reason for our stay and went above and beyond to make it memorable. We were given an upgraded room with a roll top bath (which was wonderful after a long day sightseeing).
The hotel was beautiful and we had a brilliant stay.
The Access to Richmond park was seamless and transport links into zones 1-2 were great.
Unfortunately, our car was scratched in the car park.
I would have also like to see improvements in the hotel gym. It was cramped and basic

Love the location. Walked in Richmond Park I. The morning. Pottered in the Richmond shops and lunch at the White Cross in front of an open fire before meandering along the river back to the hotel.

We had a great night but not sure it was worth the price
Location, lovely decor, great cocktails, and very accommodating front desk
No bathrobes, phone charger didnt work, slow expensive room service without needed accessories like wine glasses, and really stuffy room.
