    Excellent, clean , affordable , handy loaction for London.
    Excellent location which is only 7 mins walk to Watford tube station . Clean and comfortable room and the staff maintains the room every day.Well presented. Exellent facilities at the breakfast kitchen, everything u need for a yummy breakfast including cheese and meat.
    Hard to find the place as the pointer at the Ricky road guest house is so smal and it is hard to notice form the road while u driving and there is no pointers at the carpark to direct us to the guest house.

    Love the whole place, 5 minute walk from Watford Station which took you straight into London. The room was modern, clean and facilitated.

    Comfortable stay with great host!
    The guest house is very comfortable and the staff on site is helpful. Sam, the owner, might be one of the nicest hosts I've dealt with. While we never met in person and would communicate over phone and whatsapp, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And it was. I definitely recommend staying here, and can say that both the "rabbit" room and Wizarding Studios are very comfortable. Thanks again!!

    Self served breakfast with everything we needed. Location close to tube to London and walkable distance to train station with Harry Potter studio bus station.
    You could hear footsteps from hall and rooms above.

    Just a thank you to our host for a great experience, hopefully will be back!
    I was staying in the Wizarding studio and it was amazing, the room is spacious, beautfully decorated, Harry Potter fan dream for sure. It has everything one would need and more, it shows someone put a lot of effort and love when decorating this room, it deffinitely enhances the expirience when combining it with Warner bros. studios. There were even harry potter board games in the room! The host was great, we were late since our flight was delayed and checking in was done remotely and it was not an issue at all and we appreiciated that so much. The room was always warm, so was the bathroom. The closest train station is 10 min away. There really was not a one thing i didnt like about the entire expirience. 10/10
