    Charming with wonderful views of the Matterhorn. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly bar and great dinners in Boscos.

    Everything was brilliant, the property is located in a very pristine location up top, the porter service was excellent once your arrive at the zermatt train station, everything is taken care off. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the check in process, the rooms with the balcony had an amazing Matterhorn view, even the outdoor heated pool is magical & a must try during your stay. The hotel staff were polite and kind.

    -paying the train each time to get to the hotel is not ideal unless you spend your time just at the hotel -pool would expect it to be warmer but luckily we had sunny days during our stay - maybe during winter they do increase the temperature

    Perfect stay - professional staff, excellent location, fantastic wellness with heated pool (view of Matterhorn), great breakfast, very interesting design of the hotel and much more. One of the best in my life (I am 56, so I have experienced many). Thank you, Riffelalp Resort 2222

    nice view! Services are all good. We dont need to worry about anything. The whole journey from Tsch parking space to the lobby is very smooth and very planned. restaurant Alexandra tastes good too. The room has a large shared balcony where I can directly photo a starry night.

    This hotel is beyond my expectations. I stayed at Gornergrat mountain top 3100 Kulmhotel last time, but I think Riffelalp 2222m is better. The staff are so welcoming. When I checked out, they also provided service of sending luggages to Zermatt railway station directly, which was extraordinary. So I could go mountain climbing and didnt need to come back again for the luggages. The facilities in the hotel were perfect too - nice pool, gym, PS4, kids playground etc. And I love the breakfast here. I will definitely come back again!
