    The house is cosy and traditional with a beautiful location beside the river.
    Everything was as advertised. Perhaps a little expensive for only one bathroom.

    A beautiful property in a great location.
    This property has been lovingly cared for with well appointed modern updates. Great location with beautiful vistas of the Huon River- which was flowing rapidly when we visited. Very comfortable, warm beds, a well equiped kitchen and a peaceful location.
    We stayed when it was probably the coldest weekend Ive experienced in Tassie with feels like temps below zero and snow on the surrounding hills. The split system heat pump didnt do much to heat the hallway or front bedrooms. However, we were able to comfortably heat the living area with the wood-fire heater and portable panel heater.

    Beautiful quite river location in history filled cottage. Walking distance to everything though. Extras like fishing rods and row boat were great!
