it was ok. just annoying late check in
the location, and conditions
the room was not ready at 2pm for checkin and in fact we needed to wait until around 3.30pm.
we had flown in and we had a short stay having to check out by 2am and so those hours were precious and cut into an opportunity to look around riyhadh and also sleep.

Very clean, good location, nice breakfast, good facilities.
I stayed one night with a flight out the next morning. I booked a shuttle (at cost) to the airport the night before. I only had carry on luggage so booked the shuttle 1 hours before my flight. When I got the desk at the agreed time I was told there are no shuttles available. I had to become very firm explaining that as a 5 star hotel they have to provide a solution not a problem. Eventually they understood their position and arranged a car within a few minutes. This is not the low level of service I expected. If I was of a more timid character I may have missed the flight. Message to the management; train your staff and support them.
