Pleasant stay for your leisure trip to Kashmir.
Everything was good about the property especially the breakfast. The chef Abrar was patiently attending to guests customization needs.

Good Service & Food quality with a decent spread incase one opts for the buffet. Hygiene is good.
Location of the Hotel is just perfect. Walking disctance from the Dal Lake, yet secluded to the extent that you are not hearing the noise / hustle of the constant inflow of tourists near the Dal lake.
Staff & Hygiene are the other plusses of the hotel.
Having a BAR may be great add on..........however understand that this may be a task in itself considering the social set up of the city.

Satisfactory stay overall- but absolutely not worth the money we paid.
The location of the hotel is great and even the exterior aesthetics were really nice to be around. The staff were very friendly and courteous. A very pleasant stay in general. Would stay here again, but only if the price was half of what we paid, perhaps even lesser.
Breakfast was probably the worst part of the stay. Very limited and basic choices and for instance, the bakery options could have been much better. There was very little diversity, and things did not seem fresh. Even fresh tea was not available. The room was also not great value for money. It was way too small.

Awesome stay!
Excellent location, amazing room service and great hospitality gives you the most comfortable stay in this hotel. The bonus is the view and location. Slightly secluded, away from the hustle bustle yet close to all tourist attractions, shopping centres.

It was a good stay. The staff was helpful
Breakfast was good first day. Looks like there was a group staying in hotel. So they had good spread. Next day, the group had left, then many things from breakfast spread were removed. No yogurt, no fruits, no butter and jam on the table and so on.
The bathroom. The bathroom. didn't have hand towels. No foot towel. There was no body wash . Toilet paper roll was almost finished. Had to keep calling housekeeping for each thing
