    We always enjoy coming to your hotel, but standards have definitely slipped a little.
    We have stayed a few times now, as we love the view and like that our stay contributes to the charity. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
    * We were given a room with scaffolding blocking the view. - A new room was allocated after speaking with reception. * While breakfast was good, there was a noticeable aftertaste from whatever oil is being used for eggs/sausages etc. and especially odd taste to mushrooms. ( maybe tinned?). * The bathroom vent was noisy and didn't shut off when light was off. * The bin had different sections for recycling, but no labels to give us a clue what went where.

    the whole concept is good
    The extractor fan was broken and always running so we got an exchange room but with this, the cupboard where the fridge is was just about hanging on, and the fridge was not fixed in place, so it moved when you went to open it. The drain in the bath was not flowing properly so It ended up having a foot bath in water when showing. You are the RNLI this should be as you look after your lifeboat basic maintenance.

    Very enjoyable mini Christmas break. With lovely breakfast to finish.
    The room was comfortable and clean. The view was very amicable. The atmosphere in the bar was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient.
    We cant criticise anything. We support the RNLI as shoreline members. We will always choose to stay there if there are vacancies.

    Only one night but loved the view and location.
    The view was cracking looking across the bay. We were there for a private function with an over night stay. We didn't stay for breakfast. Toiletries were great so much so that my wife bought some from your lovely shop.
    Nothing to dislike for such a short stay.
