    Great location to be in heart of city. Dont expect a sleep as noisy with traffic.
    Location!
    That the pool didnt work (although management was kind enough to offer at another facility), that I had to pay a $200 bond I wasnt aware of and the lounge area alittle small.

    Collecting the keys was easy. Ian met me in the lobby and explained everything to me. He answered calls when I needed to clarify details.
    It would have been better if the room number and car park number was written on something, so I didn't need to call him back.

    We had a great time during our stay in Adelaide. Would like to come back again in the nearest future.
    The location is superb. Just a blink away from Rundle Mall and The University of Adelaide. It is also near tram station (which is most likely free), so easy and convenient to travel within the city. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. We really love the facilities like washing machines and dryer (very helpful since we stay 4 days for meetings), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all cooking utensils are in good condition. We got apartment in 12th floor, and the views is awesome. The owner and Grace, the housekeeper also very helpful.
    No complain.

    Great location if you want access to the East end of Adelaide, particularly during things like race events and the festival etc the room was perfect no issues at all .
    Nothing really. The on site car park was a bit of an ass to get in and out of but big deal really suck it up !!

    AVOID THIS PLACE!
    I was flying interstate to stay in Adelaide for 1 night. I received a call from Ian the day before I was due to check in saying he had a flooding issue in the Apartment and he had to cancel my booking. Really unhelpful and rude about it, no apology.. just said he can't do anything about it so find somewhere else to stay. Then he hung up on me Mr brother who lives in Adelaide went to the hotel to speak to him in person and he discovered RNR Rundle Mall is not a hotel, it's 1 room in a permanent accommodation building. When my brother spoke to the guy at the front desk there he said he didn't know anything about any Tradies in the building fixing any leaks. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    That it was close to everything, 2 bathrooms, clean sheets and towels
    the floors and showers were extremely dirty , kitchen had fat all down the cupboard , dirty balcony
