    Rockmount Rooms & Apartment has a great location and welcoming atmosphere. The garden room is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen area, comfy bed, nice towels, and good toiletries. Guests enjoyed a (Read More) lovely breakfast and regretted not having time to try the restaurant. They are looking forward to staying again in the future.

    Lovely garden room. In perfect spot.
    When we arrived the very happy friendly owner gave us an upgrade to a bigger room as he had a cancellation. So we had the garden room. It was really nice and modern and had illy coffee for the machine! The bed was mega comfortable and there was a sofa and TV for chilling. It was only 200m from the centre of town so we could wander down and stumble back later on. You can also pop out to Dartmoor in 10mins drive. Overall felt very happy and relaxed when we left.

    A lovely apartment but a pity about the facilities provided. Not as good as our last stay.
    The location was great. Nice and peaceful with a lovely view over Tavistock. The one evening meal we had was superb. all the staff were very friendly and parking was easy
    Microwave in bottom cupboard - you had to sit on the floor to operate it. Not easy for elderly. Miniscule fridge also in the bottom cupboard with difficult access, Saucepans provided but no hub to cook with them!

    Beautiful properly with very helpful staff and lovely restaurant on site. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for having us and looking after us
    Some issues with hot water in our room but these were quickly sorted when reported- thank you!

    We actually really liked our stay because the facility is slightly quirky. The owner is ve
    The breakfast I had was very good.
    It would have suited us to be able to have a breakfast starting at 7/30am or 8am. We were on a trip with a number of friends staying in other Devon towns and we needed to be able to meet up at 9/30am or 10am at up to on some days at 45 minutes drive away. Of course on the day we started activities at 10/30am in Tavistock we had benefit. It would have been nice to have had a resints lounge to sit in too.
