    The reviewers had a pleasant dining experience at Rocpool Reserve Hotel's restaurant based on a recommendation. The atmosphere was quiet, cosy, and well-decorated. The staff were polite and efficient (Read More). The food, which included crab, salmon, and cheesecake, was delicious and beautifully presented. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres were provided and accompanied by a lovely glass of wine. Overall, the experience was wonderful and highly recommended.

    Lovely staff, terrible room, massive letdown.
    Staff were lovely. Really very nice.
    The bedroom was a massive letdown. The door rattled all night, the gutter outside was broken with rainwater cascading onto the ground below making a loud noise, the was a problem with one of the sinks with actual bits of leaves coming out the tap, there was a loose floor socket feeding the tv. There were small holes in the wall above the light socket. The blind was covered in dead flies. At over 350 a night I was very very disappointed.

    Shower enclosure and grout looked dirty. No vegetarian option for a cooked breakfast except eggs.

    Did not live up to 5 star rating. Would not return.
    Spacious room, big bathroom and private hot tub
    No elevators so luggage had to be carried up/ down stairs. Although staff did assist. The restaurant did not meet expectations for dinner. My wife had the vegetarian option which consisted of 3 small pieces of cauliflower, should have been a starter not a main. That said the breakfast was perfect. The bathroom was very cold.

    service at breakfast was good.
    room was pokey and small no warmth or cosiness quite formal welcome breakfast was oily and tomatoes had an aluminium taste - not cooked in clean oil

    Better value elsewhere in the highlands
    Location is good, had good parking (although no charge point for EV, plenty nearby though), lady that welcomed us was lovely. They quickly brought us ice when we asked for it.
    300 for a night comes with a certain expectation and it just felt a bit dated. We were in a basement room overlooking car park in a small room with decor you would expect in a lower end house. Sorry!

    Nice hotel.
    Nice place at good walking location from centre of Inverness. Good restaurant and breakfast was very good as well. We had a very large room which was nice. With a coffee and tea maker. Large bathroom.
    The room had 2 small windows, that could open but not close. We thought that was tricky because it was facing the street side. The room itself was very warm but it had an AC.

    Brilliant accommodation lovely Breakfast helpful staff
    Loved the room very comfy bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only mini complaint is the glass bathroom door ..I cant imagine Anyone wanting to view their partner on the toilet! All staff very helpful in hauling my heavy suitcase back and forth to the room. The breakfast was the best weve had in our trip around Scotland.
