Super location.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice sea view, good size suite.

Rundown bathroom and kitchen, poor cleanliness of bathroom and kitchen, super noisy at night as the sea view units are also facing a public parking lot and walking/running/cycling track with lots of commute any time of day and night. We couldnt sleep during the weekend because of cars coming, going, honking, people shouting, etc. In suh a great weather you love to keep the windows open and enjoy sea breeze but with noise it is very uncomfortable. We paid extra to have a room facing the sea. Probably the units on the back side(with no view) are quiet at night.

Nice place at nice location

The hotel is in very nice location, right at the Kite and Night Beach, direct access to walking/running and cycling path (shared bikes stand nearby). We cycled a lot down to the Marina area and up to the Creek area to go for Deira markets. To get to metro you need to take taxi (still good price). The restaurant onsite is nice, great view from the terrace and good view from the room terrace too. The room was very spacious, even too big for two :)

The parking place just under the windows seemed to be a meeting point for many people leaving the engines on and being quite loud. Restaurant had nice food, but the service was bit too slow.

Lovely 5 nights stay

Very close to the beach. Staff was very helpful especially Mohamed and Zakaria.

Not so many restaurants near the hotel.
