The cleaners are the only hard working polite staff there.

Rooms were clean but poorly maintained with cracks in the tables and large scuffs all over the floor and walls. Staff were very rude when we brought this to their attention and the hotel manager was very rude, cheeky and patronising towards the family to the point I believe he should be stood down.

Fire hazard caused by weed smokers

The first room we were allocated smelled of weed after cleaning. We complained and eventually got another room, which was fine apart from the black mould in the bathroom seals. On the last night we were rudely awoken at 2am by a fire alarm caused by someone smoking weed in their room. The evacuation process was chaos, the alarm was turned off by staff without any further announcements and worst of all the emergency fire doors did not open

The room is big and clean

Despite completing online check-in, I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM only to find that my room was not even ready yet. Moreover, the check-in process at the reception took an unreasonably long time. And to make matters worse, the fire alarm went on at around 3 AM, causing great concern and panic for both my children and myself. We were forced to evacuate the room in the freezing weather, barely dressed. These incidents have raised serious concerns regarding the hotel's management
