Great location within the main attractions and places to see. The room was also of a good size.

Prices of the minibar should be provided and also made clear what it's complimentary and what it's not. The initial room was quite noisy as it faced the road however the staff was very helpful and changed it with another one not facing the road.

Will definitely book again!

For us, the highlight was the service from the lovely people at reception. They kindly gifted us a free upgrade after noticing that it was my birthday the week before. They also went the extra mile to give us recommendations. The rooms are comfortable and all amenities necessary are provided - excellent location too!

I really liked design of the hotel - furniture, colours, especially breakfast room, it was so cute and cozy. I liked the feeling that it was not crowded, always space to eat and quite quiet so you can really enjoy your breakfast. For me also a bonus was that it was possible to eat from 7:00-12:00, as a late eater this was amazing. I hate when in hotels you are forced to wake up early and eat at 8 at the latest. So instead I could come at 9.30 with any hurry and still feel welcomed. The breakfast was also very nice, maybe I would like to have some more veggies, maybe avocado, but overall food was tasty. One additional thing is the mini bar - I found it great that it actually worked it was keeping everything inside cool. In most of the hotels they are switched off. Thumbs up for that. Staff was great too, all very nice, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the stay very much, I would think about room mate chain hotels to be again my choice, not sure if and when I will be in Barcelona again, but I definitely recommend this hotel for others who are still evaluating which hotel to choose. Overall very happy about my choice. Thank you to Room Mate Gerard team. :)

I am usually not that picky about cleanliness, but water tap and shower faucet had a greeny blue stains, which was not very nice, I would say think about keeping these things shiny to not kill the nice design vibe.

Awesome

Polite, helpful and english speaking staff. They help you asap with any issue and request. Awesome breakfast and very comfortable bed. They even have small pool at the rooftop.
