We love the decor, the vibe of this hotel. Rooms were very chic and comfortable. Excellent location. Personnel especially Jona were very helpful and welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat and Go.

Fully recommended hotel in the center of San Sebastin

The room was excellent. We had a duplex room that was super comfortable, spacious ,very well decorated and fully renovated. The room was well equipped with toiletries, a water bottle, mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and even a wine opener. The breakfast was very good, quality of food was superb and the staff do a great effort to make you feel pampered. The location is fantastic if you are want to enjoy the city center vibe and the old side of the city. I will definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you don't have a car.

Parking is very far from the hotel and not very convenient. It is a 7 minutes walk that we did everyday, some times twice a day. Especially with a baby and with the rainy weather in San Sebastin it was very inconvenient. My other constructive criticism will be that there is no bell boy not and no cart to transport the luggage, especially inconvenient with the parking lot so far. Checking in and checking out was definitely far from pleasant and a little bit stressful. Two additional minor comments. There is no ice machine (but you can ask for ice at the bar), our water bottle was never refilled.

Great design and value for money, confortable and spacious rooms ! Loved it

Lovely hotel, extremely well located in the heart of the city. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our requests. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Highly slipery floor in the shower. A bathrobe would also add more confort to the experience.

The bathroom layout was odd. Could do with a sliding door on it. Room faced the street which was sometimes noisy, especially the bus stop outside Needed more than one person at reception. Had to wait too long at times.
