    Perfect value, with bespoke finishes
    Nice clean little room for a flying visit. Very good bedding and the bed itself soooooo comfy

    Ideal for a night or two in Babbacombe
    Very welcoming, friendly, organized staff. Lots of thoughtful gestures including dog treats and towels, biscuits for the room, extra towels etc. Short walk from the sea and close to shops.

    Our second time staying. Such welcoming staff, lovely comfortable atmosphere like a snazzy home away from home. Lovely room and super comfy bed. Dog friendly. We really like this place!

    And excellent hotel with very friendly owners
    I travelled from the other side of the country. I phoned up about a request for early booking to leave bag and the owners were more than accommodating. Really friendly and helpful and had a great stay and was made to feel extremely welcoming and the hotel was spotless and vey beautifully decorated. Will definitely be returning when I get the chance .

    Amazing hotel with a homely feel
    The hosts were amazing and so helpful. The extra touches on the communal areas were so lovely, complimentary tea and homemade cakes and biscuits, made you feel so at home. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, honestly couldn't have asked for more. We stay alot of places traveling for work and I've got to say this has been my favourite in a very long time. Thank you to the rooms at babbacombe.

    Overall a fantastic stay and very reasonably priced.
    Extremely warm welcome from the hosts. Nicely decorated throughout with a well stocked courtesy tray in the room and the ability to replenish it in communal areas. Exceptionally clean room. Large, soft bath sheets (instead of abrasive small bath towels) in the bathroom. Parking facilities are available if you reserve them in advance. Close and convenient to everything you could want in Babbacombe. We stayed a night to visit the theatre and we couldn't have been more delighted with our choice of stay.
    We were in a twin room for the night, and the beds grew ever so slightly uncomfortable as we went through the night. They didn't keep us awake, but we were up a little earlier than perhaps we would have been. Maybe it's just the choice of bedframe's because the bedding itself was of good quality and smelt lovely and fresh
