    Christmas holidays.
    The beds were comfy. Good lighting. Comfortable couch. Quiet.
    The tea bags. The brand used was awful. Used my own. There were only two disabled parks and one was taken up with outdoor table and chairs.

    The price per night. Room serviced each day. Good location.
    Car parking is rather tight. Otherwise everything was fine. I found dealing with Booking.com very difficult when I had to try and change Booking dates. I will not use that site ever again. Far too stressful. Need to be user friendly and their not.

    Great stay thank you.
    Manager was such a gentleman and very helpful with tourist attraction advice. Location to city centre, delicious take away shop and supermarket was easily walkable.
    The 2 chairs to eat at were very low and too soft. But every other aspect of the room was very suitable

    Family weekend in Christchurch
    Comfortable chairs and reasonably comfortable bed although a bit too firm. Adequate space; all basic amenities provided. The manager was very responsive and caring, great to deal with.
    A liittle too far from Christchurch centre when we didn't have transport so needed to walk. Wifi wasn't reliable. Especially in evenings (but the Manager explained an improved system was due to be installed). Also, we couldn't find Sky TV channels. We didn't have much time to follow up until the day we left.
