    The Royal Agate Beach Resort in Pantai Cenang offers a wonderful stay with excellent staff and services. The location is great, near the beach, shops, and eateries. The rooms are spacious, clean, and (Read More) well-maintained with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet is simple but appreciated, and the F&B promotion dinner is tasty. The only downside is limited parking and a small elevator. Overall, it is a nice and affordable hotel with easy access to nearby activities and Cenang Street.

    Hotel is at a very convenient location at pentai cenang. Beach is just couple of minutes away from hotel with lots of food options around. Breakfast at hotel wasn't that good which I was expecting. However, the view from rooftop was amazing.

    Location of hotel and friendly staff.
    Choices available for breakfast. Interestingly, though.no fault of the hotel, on one of the days, the hotel ran out of eggs at the egg station and we were told that it's an island wide problem. The authorities should take note as it will drive away tourists!

    To improve parking space. Don't see the need to build a swimming pool at the rear of the hotel as the hotel is already close proximity to the beach. Convert that space into parking lots instead.

    Awesome service, we get extra pillow and duvet on request as there was only one duvet in couples bed and it was not enough for two people who wants to be well under the duvet and rolling around while sleeping On first day there was no towel for feets but after day or two they left extra bottles of water and towel on floor without even asking The view in "roof reataurant" was nice, always pleasure to eat breakfast and watch the beach. Room was very big Location close to beach and everything you need.
    Drain flys all over the bathroom I see those even in the restaurant No cover for the shower so when you take a bath whole bathroom is wet, the shower was right next to toilet seat.
