    The receptionist ladies need to work on their customer service. Need to keep the place more clean and food area needs m
    Outside of the chalets look great but inside settings are bad not comfortable.
    How the bathroom is setup, didnt like it. The staffs are not friendly mainly the receptionist ladies are so rude. The breakfast was so bad. All food dishes were opened, flies everywhere not clean at all. Ran out of juice and the coffee was so cold. Asked for more juice never refilled it. The staffs are all so young need more training and they need to keep the food area clean and hygienic.

    suitable as a transit Hotel to explore Kandy and beyond into the up country.
    Overall property was good, some staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and beds comfortable.
    food & beverage staff needs more training, they were quite stiff and clueless with the exception of couple of them. The scenery is not exactly as advertised. There were gaps in the doors opening out through which insects got in to the room. Directions to the Hotel from main road could be more conspicuous.

    We would like to visit again and explore the resort
    We were there on half-board basis and the dinner buffet was good, even though the variety of food was a little low. But, it must be stated that, when we requested for early breakfast, the staff obliged to fulfil our need and even though we couldn't enjoyed the breakfast buffet, we really enjoyed the food that was served to us upon our request.
    We couldn't explore the resort as we checked-in late, yet we enjoyed the stay.
