    They refused to allow late check out for 1 or 2 hours but we understand that its their rights.

    Room Sea view Private Beach
    I booked 2 double room at hi floor for 2 days. At my arrival (by car) I discover that the Parking is far from Hotel and no valet available. When I ask where to park my car the indicate me the parking location (around 1km away), without offering me any golf car or similar to pick me up. So I walked under the sun after. Really disappointing from a 5 star hotel. When I complain with receptionist and Manager later on I just receive a general Sorry. For me this is unacceptable. They should have done something more to explain the real aknolege rather than a simple sorry
