Since we were in transit and needed accommodation for only one night, it was a reasonable stay

1. Located on the highway and convenient to reach our place of work. 2. Food was good and reasonably priced 3. Generally clean hotel

1. The room was rather small for three people. 2. Service was very poor. The reception staff were hassled and took too long to give us a room 3. We had paid for one extra person in the room. But despite that, it took several reminders and hours of waiting to have the extra bed placed in the room.

We stayed here with a a family of four and much enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

Fantastic staff! Bhrigumoni in the Flavours restaurant was overwhelmingly polite, engaging, and detailed! Gopal was a delight! Clean, functional, efficient, good laundry services and a great restaurant!

One minor issue with the shower drain was addressed promptly. Could use more detailed room cleaning with refilling and emptying services.

The hotel is messed up in terms of the service toilet clogged even after several complaints wasnt solved, no tissue papers or toilet rolls provided you can't lose the key card they will fine you breakfast is miserable
