    Disappointing
    I wouldnt stay here again. If their website was accurate I would have never booked at this hotel.
    It was clean.
    There was no pool as advertised. The restaurant was not operating. No room service. The towels were clean but not in very good condition, i.e. holes in towels. The toilet paper literally fell off the roll, terrible quality.

    1. Poor plumbing in bathroom, flooding when bathing 2. Room was smelling 3. Poor staff attitude 4. Lack of communication , they say there is a restaurant online but arriving at facility they say it's closed for the festive season.

    It was okay, not too bad.
    Location was easy to find
    The bathroom had an offeish smell, smell of cigarettes on the corridors. We expected the restaurant to be available considering the hotel had bookings.

    The rooms didnt have a microwave and had to warm food for my little baby.

    A lovely relaxing stay
    The Location is a bit difficult to find due to all the One Way roads. On Saturday I just wanted Toast and Butter. Room service promptly provided me the toast without any cost. Thanks to all.
