Everything is perfectly fine. The massage is expensive but ok it is in Dubrovnik.

Amazing experience
Everything was excellent - service and staff, room, amazing view, food, location (peaceful, next to the sea, very conveniently connected with old town by local bus (bus stop is 50m from the hotel)). I would like to especially mention staff - because their attitude makes a big part of the whole experience - they are all very welcoming, helpful and cordial. Receptionist Ana was very nice, helpful and positive-thnx!

so costly but eth was under my expectation, totally disappointed.
I haven't experienced such an awful hotel with this price in the world.
we booked as three persons but prepared amenity was for 2 people.
fuse easily stops working. I boiled water while charging my phone, fuse went down. awful
WiFi easily stops working. As a tourist, WiFi is important but only free WiFi without password was available. Low security and very inconvenient.
location, needless to say, not good.
It said there's free shuttle bus from hotel to old town but we had to pay I don't know why

The food was amaizing. Stuff is really polite.
Housekeeping was coming every day in the morning and they wake us up. Even I put on the door do not disturb. Especially on the 1st of January, after celebrating New year, she came at 0830 in the morning.

Sve je bilo odlino, soba veoma prostrana i ista sa svim to vam je potrebno ( papue, pribor za higijenu, ogrtai, fen...).
Lokacija je odlina, ispred hotela je etalite za ugodne etnje uz more, a ako elite da odete u stari grad pored hotela staje gradski autobus koji ide do starog dijela grada..

Nice hotel with astonishing sea view.
First of all, we were upgraded to the Royal Princes suite and god, it was spacious. Thanks for that! The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and parking was available.
The room was a little bit worn out, but still okay. The worst part, however, was the breakfast. It was bad, like 2-3-star hotel bad. The egg menu included Benedict eggs, but we could not eat them due to the taste.

Fabulous hotel
The Neptune was closed so we stayed in the Royal Princess. It was fabulous. We were given a suite with sea view which was amazing. We loved the hotel and the staff.
