While booking through your website, by mistake choose 1 room 1 person. During check in they charged me 1000 for one extra person, saying that it is their policy, and I paid more (approximately RS. 500 ). In spite of me explaining it several time. There is not dedicated customer care number for booking. , to call you and take help. Bye Venkat Thank you Hotel policy

Transit stay and quick fun trip

Esther was very helpful at the check-in, she along with all staff at your property. Extremely prompt and helpful in accomodating requests. The propert is clean and very helpful with all requests. I will say, one n only one negative was their busy restaurant which didn't accept ala carte for lunch. But on the bright side I went to the place across the street and had a very delicious meal at Pragyaraj. Amazing. Anyway, overall comfortable stay and very good valet and services.
