    Very charming property- located in central city and yet surrounded by open spaces
    Slightly old and has very loud bright coloured walls in the rooms- would have preferred more subtle colours

    Stay could have been more comfortable.
    The suite was quite big. The bed was quite large and comfortable. The sitting arrangement with a suitable sized TV for viewing was good. Regular hot water supply was great. The microwave in the kitchenet was a surprise and so was the cutlery.
    The location was near a dumping site alongside a heavily polluted nallah, which was visible from the window. Didn't like the view. The roar of the bikes in the still of the night was very disturbing. Couldn't sleep comfortably. The lighting arrangement should have been bright. Some more ready to make tea and coffee preparation kits like sugar & milk pouches should have been provided. The kitchenet should be provided with instant noodle/pasta, instant soup pouches, etc. for its utilization, otherwise its a wastage for the guest, as was with my case. Two plastic chairs in the balcony should be kept. More cloth hangers should be provided. Hand towels should have been provided. For the price paid, tooth brush kits and shaving kits should have been provided.

    Location and Ease of getting there central business district and a known porperty
    It seems to have been left to the staff whose commitment to hospitality over the years seems to be wavering. The really is evident at the check in, with the variety of food and eye to detail at the restaurant, at housekeeping in the room, the rooms which is needing a returb and even the check out
