As many others have said this is NOT a 5 star hotel by regular standards.
There are 5 hotels on the same site so pick the cheapest one with sea view you get the same facilities across the resort no matter which hotel you are in.
The Driver for the hotel, 55 Euros, complained when he collected me he had been waiting, he drove too fast and was rude.
The avocado they gave me at breakfast was brown and FROZEN !!! as it always comes to the kitchen - the chef lied to my face and said it was fresh.
I was woken the first morning by gardeners shouting outside my window
The second morning my the cleaning staff banging around outside my room
The third by guest relations calling me to ask if I was having a good stay - when I was still sleeping. When I spoke about this she SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME - unacceptable. apparently not the first time she has done this.
There were several stains on the carpet and one of the chairs.
The A/C did not work when I first arrived.
When I checked in I was told I needed to pre order a kettle in my room if I wanted one - incorrect.
The same person took about 10 minutes to work out which restaurant could offer a salad. She sent me to the wrong place (the specialist fish restaurant) and the next day I found another one which had multiple salad choices on site.
Guest relations where incorrect about transport information.
They have no matches at this hotel or lighters for sale
I Informed the reception manager of ALL these things to no avail.
