Smack in the middle of La Ramblas and thus walking distance to several attractions. Hotel lobby is bright, modern and classy looking. hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Paid for 2 rooms with view of La Ramblas, however the rooms fell short from the pictures on Booking.com. Hotel wifi was weak too.

- Location.
- Friendly staff especially Mr. Sergei. He helped me to a lot and solved a problem I had with my booking. Id like to thank him and thank Mr. Jerard & Ms. Anna.
Construction work and noise in the property every morning till noon.
I couldnt have a good sleep during my stay because of that. They start early at 8:20! and would continue until ~ 2 p.m.
I called many times but problem was not solved.
No duvet covers for the bed.
No hair conditioner.
No slippers and I had to ask for it.

The bed cover was torn and the room cleaner didnt clean the bathroom well .
