The pool team at Royal Saray Resort in Bahrain provided amazing and attentive service, making the stay a great experience. The Havana manager, Yasar, and Khalid, went above and beyond to create a uni (Read More)que and memorable experience. The hotel itself is classy and charming. However, there were some issues with communication and responsiveness from the reservation desk. The room was lovely, but the lighting system was complicated. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and professional. Brasserie Royale on the lobby floor offered a variety of dining options.

Location ambience safety and comfort was most important. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Maryam guest services representative, the hospitality she provided us was excellent. My room was upgraded as a genius level 3 member at booking.com. Some sweet treats in our room were awesome.
I will definitely visit again.
