Staff was awesome in getting us into the room early, but I think overall it needs better maintenance.
Liked the restaurant, huge room, easy to connect to wifi
Hole in the ceiling in our room, shower handle was coming out of the wall and no one came to fix it when we requested it to be fixed.

Definitely was not a great time.
Location was great
Well staff was very rude ,and very inconsiderate.When I arrived was not welcoming feeling .I felt like the staff didnt want to check me in. Considering I paid for the room in advance before I even got to the hotel and was question why I was their. Jazucci stop working, I had to keep calling three times to get a towel or extra blanket from the night before when I arrived.

I wish breakfast was included but I understand why it is not. The room itself was affordable for such a very nice room.
The room was amazing and the restaurant was great.
The bill total for the room and all the expenses was a little confusing but then again it was our first time booking and staying in a hotel.

Luxurious conveniences just steps away from all the fun.
The staff were extremely helpful. They upgraded our room without me asking, and the cleaning staff insisted on giving us clean towels and water even though we didnt need cleaning. The location is great - right by the metro station, the park in DuPont Circle, and a bunch of other things you can walk to. There was also a fridge and coffee maker in our room.
I would have preferred a couch or small dining table to the two benches in our room. And our A/C unit was loud. But the temperature was consistent and controllable.
