    There was no breakfast
    I had to enter the premises through a back door with little or no signage, other than a brass plaque which read "Members Only". The staff were not overly friendly, apart from one who privately told me that the place was "weird". Both the vent in the bathroom and the shower made a noise like a road drill. Talking of the shower, they shoud be made aware that an en suite bathroom is not an upgrade in the 21st century. The walls were paper thin, I was forced to listen to the man in the next room on his phone until 2 30 am. No breakfast, 75. Very poor value. I wasn't really welcome in the bar (members only). I got the impression that they wanted the revenue but didn't really want the guests

    Great stay, superb staff
    The room was clean comfortable and warm. It had a great view of the harbour, the location was perfect two minute walk into the town and an easy walk to Broadstairs. Nice restaurant just close by great.
    Nothing we didn't like. just a shame they didn't do breakfast, but plenty cafes near by.

    Pleasant first experience and would stay again.
    Great location, welcoming staff and room perfect for an overnight stay for a social event.
    Currently work ongoing to exterior but it doesnt affect the inside or impact on stay at this time of year.

    Comfy, warm, calm. Very considerate staff with a lovely friendly attitude. I want for nothing when here and the facilities are great.
    Absolutely nothing. The position of the property is great. Not noisy either.
