Exceptional

Everthing was perfect . We came at 9am to leave our luggage to wait after the check in at 2pm. And the receptionist told us the room was already ready ! So we got an early check in. Its was really friendly to do it. And about the room ! The mattress was so comfy the Best we got so far. Bathroom was Nice. Good pressure.I used to go to the Hilton double three . I think we found our Best hotel to go. Thanks .

Disappointing customer service

The stay was okay. Beds were comfy and good location.

My fiance left a handbag and pair of shoes in the room by accident. We tried to contacted the property numerous times, to try and collect the items however after answering a few days later they told us that they had to speak to the housekeeping team to see if there was anything in the lost and found and we would be contacted with an update. After no update, we called again where they finally told us that nothing had been handed in. These had clearly been taken from the house keeping team who cleaned our room. We understand this was our own doing however experienced very poor customer service as a result!

Feel like hotel on interested in easy dishonest money grabs and would never stay there again

Staff were rude. Accused of smoking in bedroom and deposit not refunded. Never smoked in the room they took a photo of a mcflurry ice cream that had been washed out in sink saying it was ash. Accused us of covering smoke detector which was done prior to our arrival. Tobacco was found on floor from our bags which was not ash but clean tobacco. Any smoking was done outside of premises and would be seen on camera. It's purely a money grab to keep our deposit. When checking out room staff all ways check and call through to reception prior to leaving. Nothing was said to us upon check out we were told it was all fine and only the mini bar had to be totalled and deducted from our bond and we would have it back with in a few days.

Overall, it was a nice place, friendly staff, great size room & convenient location.

Great location, room was quite nice & spacious. Check in & out were easy. There were mini bar items in the room, however we took our own. We had an issue with the tv remote, someone came up and fixed it for us and were very friendly.

The bar/restaurant was closed but it was New Years Eve. I didnt like that we had to walk to a public car park. The one they have a deal with is further away and more expensive than the CPP which we went to, Pack lightly so you dont have much to carry.

The negation of hospitality. The receptionist unceremoniously declined twice my request to pay the room at the checkout, even though of course I offered to providing my credit card details to take a deposit at the check in. I stay in hotels abroad frequently for business and the same kind of request was always accepted with no questions. When abroad, I always ask to pay at the checkout - so that at the check out I can get rid of my last local currency without having to keep pockets of local currencies at home (plus I pay the balance by credit card).
