    Beautiful accommodation in lovely surroundings!
    The location is perfect, close to Wilmslow for bars and restaurants and close to the airport. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and the chef very friendly
    Lack of breakfast options other than the cooked breakfast. Tiny bathroom in the family room, could be bigger as plenty of space otherwise.

    Incorrect entry information sent, entry stairs steep with little head room and open on one side. Room window was open mid winter so room was extremely cold. Room has small oil heater to heat the room, smoke detector not connected and removed. Toilet seat was disgusting not clean, inside shower is black mould. Room very small cannot open two suitcases to get ready.

    The breakfast was very nice and the chef was very helpful. The other staff also very helpful and accommodating. We needed to stay a little longer than check out. Which was not a problem. Thanks very much .very close to the airport. So excellent for our needs.
    Nothing really to dislike. Not having to stay more than a night or so .

    Not having the choice of bed only. If you have an early flight your loosing a breakfast and no option of a packed lunch to replace.

    We had one night stay on New Years Eve and it was perfect! The check in was really straight forward as we were given a code to the bedroom. The room was lovely and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

    It was very cozy and pretty bed was comfortable.
    I knew there were no staff after 6 but I dont think there were any other guests in the bit I was staying in so it was a bit odd being on my own! I couldnt get the towel warmer to work in the bathroom but it wasnt a big issue!

    Clean comfortable warm easy to park easy access and all info provided prior to arrival. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were brilliant at bringing us our food in one of the outside pods as we had our dog.

    I liked the WiFi, the room was very comfortable and the beautiful Christmas decorations in the conservatory. It was a great location for an early morning flight the next day.
    Unfortunately I don't like that there wasn't a receptionist at this property in the late evening. I had an issue with the door keypad and the rooms have electronic locks with a key code. I went to get a takeaway to take back to my room and for some completely inexplicable reason, when I returned to my room all of the lit keys on the door keypad were extinguished and I couldn't get back into the room. Not a problem but when I tried calling the main guy who showed me to the room earlier in the evening, I couldn't get hold of him for quite a while on the phone so was locked out my room for 40 minutes while the off site security attended to reset the lock. So really they need to get rid of electronics when it comes to doors and just use traditional metal keys. It worked for hundreds of years before with doors.
