The coordinator pinky Fernandez was not at all helpful.She never receives our calls nor does she bothers to call back
A self proclamation manager Mr Dashrath tikoni at this property is rude and arrogant
one incident were the bath hand shower in the bathroom was leaking since we checked in finally broke and this guy started busting on us though we were ready to pay for it. since it was already leaking we were trying to explain him the situation but he was not in the mood to listen and started busting out at us.
our whole stay got spoiled at the end just bcoz of this guy
We were all ladies and kids having some fun at the property we felt very unsafe and helpless the way this guy was talking to us mannerless and arrogantly forcing us to pay or else he will not let us go.
I will not recommend this property to any one till this guy exists i will also post this incident on social media
This gives a bad impression about saffron stays and will hamper your reputation please make a note of this issue
It seems wrong people been deployed at a good property
