It was a great experience at Le Soil, we enjoyed a lot, the service was prompt and the food was excellent, the villa was neet and clean, and well maintained. I given 5/5.

Extremely disappointing and a waste of time money and effort

absolutely nothing.

1. house layout which is not mentioned on booking.com 2. highly edited pictures which do not match the actual property ( property is much smaller and not maintained) 3. rude caretakers, who refuse to do anything unless the booking provider called and informed them 4. sub par meals at exorbitant prices 5. property not worth the visit for the price paid 6. property not fully fenced so not pet friendly

Exceptional Location & Views

1) Pet friendly 2) Exceptionally good location with great views of the hills and the lake 3) Privacy 4) Well maintained garden 5) Responsive, helpful and very sweet caretakers

1) No dustbin inside room 2) dust in room 3) room was not cleaned daily 4) no fridge inside room (considering the price for these rooms) 5) No microwave (despite having checked with staff in advance about this) 6) Took me 2 weeks after booking and coordinating with endless employees of saffron stays, to get answers to basic questions about the property and yet there was misinformation passed at the end of it all. 7) highly priced meals and rule of outside food not being permitted (although this outside food rule was relaxed for us on our request)
