The pictures are accurate, the location is really accessible. There are a lot of food choices and activities to do. The staff were friendly and accomodating, also the use of the Saii app was very convenient. Food was amazing and the rooms were incredible.

Great experience with my family. Well deserved break!
I have to say though that the food is too expensive...
As much as we loved the holiday, I do feel the food was just way too expensive!

Water villa was very nice, someone available to clean morning and evening which is helpful when you have kids, saii app was very good and reception responsive and buggy arrived within 10 minutes of requesting. Food was decent and could use facilities at hard rock hotel too although sai lagoon facilities were nicer. In addition, kids club had a variety of activities and had to book in advance. Hannan at reception was very helpful and transfer to the resort was quick and someone at airport to collect and transfer
Breakfast time was slightly annoying in that often things werent available/ for example glass for the juices quickly ran out and had to wait for someone to get more, hash browns had often ran out but despite that breakfast was good and plenty of options. Transfer cost of 200 dollars per adult seams unfair when theres a massive sign at airport saying transit passengers can get a transfer to the resort for a day pass for 20 dollars. There are activities to book but tried booking the complimentary house reef tour but this was booked out and hence didnt get a chance to do this. Buggy driver jack mentioned the resort was down to earth compared to other resorts.

Its the unforgettable trip in a very positive way!!
Everything!! The staff where extremely friendly and hospitable especially super Samer at reception and amazing Chef Rami and his authentic food. Location is perfect with a short boat ride from the airport. The overwater villa is beyond extraordinary, having the luxury of the mesmerizing sea view from the room and snorkeling from the steps out into the water is a fantabulastic experience. We would come again for sure- love it! Every detail is well-thought of for convenience and a great experience
