    Very Disappointing
    The location is great only just round the corner from The Bosuns Chair which is our favourite pub in Lymington. The bed was very comfortable. We managed to park nearby for the whole week of our stay.
    The cottage needs a really good clean it was dusty with many cobwebs. Some of the grouting in the bathroom had black mould on it and the little soap dish had dried on soap scum covering it. The shower head needs a really good scrub that also had black mould on it. The bathroom is downstairs which is fine but there is absolutely no privacy. The glass in the door leading into the kitchen isn't frosted and the neighbour can see straight through to the bathroom. It really needs a roller blind on it or similar. There was nowhere to dry clothes neither an airer or washing line for the garden. There is a washer/dryer but we had walking gear which can't be tumble dried. The cold tap in the kitchen still hasn't been fixed despite this having been mentioned by others in feedback. I felt it was very expensive as against the quality and condition of the cottage.

    Great location, clean and a very cute cottage, good use of facilities within the cottage. Loved that there was a coffee machine and milk frothier.
    The twin beds were very narrow and cold water tap in kitchen wasnt running properly

    Lovely little cottage stay
    Very easy to collect keys from a lockbox. The host was extremely accommodating. It is a lovely little cottage with a table and chairs in the garden round the back which is great for a sunny day. Cute and cosy. The stairs are quite steep so you have to watch your step but not a hindrance to the property.

    Enjoyed our stay while the place still has a lot of potential
    The interior design is lovely and the cottage is super cozy. The stairs are steep but nothing a 6yo cant manage.
    The cottage is in desperate need of a good cleaner. There wee dust and spider webs all over the place, the kitchen drawers were dirty inside and you shouldnt look behind the furniture, which is a pitty as the place is wonderful. Giving the garden an update to the rusty furniture and adding a bit more green would make it a better fit to the lovely design of the cottage.

    Not quite what we expected.
    Overall a pleasant stay. Only a short walk past the industrial units to find the cobbled streets of Lymington . Double bed was very comfy. Kitchen appeared fully equipped although we never cooked during our stay.
    The property description does not mention the bathroom is downstairs making it difficult to navigate steep stairs especially at night. The sofa was not particularly comfy. I'm intrigued to knowhow 6 people could stay here. Our car was damaged when parked outside the house,

    Great location more information in the description would have been appreciated..
    Location brilliant and nice to have some private outside space. Well equipped kitchen.
    Found the beds rather firm and uncomfortable, the downstairs bathroom was a little inconvenient especially given the steep steps. Parking was luck of the draw we had to park in nearby roads out of sight. Would have appreciated a teabag and pint of milk upon arrival as no welcome pack even though staying for a weekend.
