Nice hotel in great location.

Hotel room was large and clean. The layout worked well for our family. Kitchenette seems to have everything you could need except an oven (it does have a stove, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave!). Loved the filtered water available on each floor. I appreciated that they had the sofa bed open and made up when we checked in so we didn't have to deal with that.

I would not recommend the breakfast. We paid for the inclusive rate and ended up asking for a refund after the first morning. It took over an hour to be served with hardly anyone in the restaurant, and although the food was good, it was very limited for picky eaters. If you have the time each morning and like the choices (you can look up the brunch menu of Terrasse Oskar - the hotel restaurant), the booking.com inclusive rate is a good deal compared to the a la carte prices! Extra blankets/pillows in the room would have been nice, but they are available on request.

We had a fabulous stay and will be back!

I love this hotel. Its located in the heart of Old Montreal surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums and the cathedral. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet.
