    The bathroom in the room is weird. Too small, no mirrors to do your makeup (only a big mirror with poor lighting). The sink is a kitchen sink with no mirror as well in the middle of the room

    nice location, personel is not ready to welcome international travelers
    location in the okd bangkok views from room and dining room
    no concierge service (couldnt even organize airport pick up, or fast track service) english is not their forte at all, which can be an issue with international travelers forgot an item in the hotel, my next hotel called them in Thai to send it to the new hotel (20min drive away) and they declined helping. rooftop was closed for a week during my stay due to a leaking issue, i was not even made aware before checking in, rooftop is one of the reason people chose this hotel.

    Willing and helpful staff. Wonderful room view. Great view of river from.rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast stylish and delicious. Dinner excellent (though dinner and bar service finishes rather early in the evening).
    No lift. Black stairs and walls in fairly subdued lighting are unnecessarily risky. Depressing entrance environment. Toilet too small. Corridor outside room is narrow and lacks decor and style.

    Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views, highly recommend and would definitely book again
    - location to tourist attractions - location to boats to get to wat Arun - amazing views of Wat Arun from the hotel - herbal drinks from house keeping everyday - friendly and helpful staff - clean hotel - comfy bed and pillows, a very large bed - close to a lot of restaurants and cafes which are very well priced
    - we had two rooms booked the second had very limited floor space for our luggages - could do with a long mirror in the room - more lighting in the room - the hooks in the shower were inside the shower, would have been more practical outside the shower door to keep clothes dry - rooftop currently under maintenance - hotel slippers are washed and reused (this seems to be the case in majority of the hotels in Thailand which I find so bizzare)
