I didnt expect such an basic service from a 5* resort! I paid for the garden ocean front villa with swimming which one

No heater on swimming pool so even paying extra i wasnt able to use it!
The back door couldnt look it and through out the stay no one fixed it.
The tv needs an upgrade and so the TV channels

Staff, location and breakfast. Excellent.
The pool of the room is cold because it is in the shade 90% of the time. No reason to separate the bkfast when the hotel was empty.

Everything! The service is exceptional and everything is designed for you to have the best experience
We had an infinity pool suite, there is only one bed in the private pool, only one person can enjoy it at a time, which was a bit strange. We didnt use the private pool as much as we planned because of it.

Beyond expectations, service excellence at its best !
Sala exceeded all expectations, well positioned, spotlessly clean and excellent staff. We booked it for my 50th birthday and my sons 13th birthday, one was at the Tent restaurant and the other at sexy fish. They catered for my family of 26 and went out of their way for us during our 7 nights there. Oh at Tent was incredible and Tang at sexy fish. The hotel itself is fresh and the Spa was brilliant.

Fabulous resort with exceptional facilities and staff
We had a private pol villa and the room was large and very well equipped. The decor of the room was very modern and it was light and airy. The breakfast each day was delicious- lots of food on offer and the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed every aspect of this facility. Nothing negative to report.
