Not worth the money.

The location is close to Colva beach. Restaurant staff is great and very helpful.

We were a family of 4 that included my elderly in-laws. The rooms allocated to us were on the first floor and my father-in-law especially cannot walk that many stairs. We realised that the hotel has no lifts after we were allocated the rooms. Since we were staying only for 2 days and knew that we will have to leave the rooms a few times, we asked the hotel to change our rooms. We did use the washrooms because as mentioned my in laws are elderly. The staff at first was ready to move only one room and after insisting they agreed to move both rooms. The 2nd room that was allocated to us was in a terrible condition. There were actual dead bugs on the sheets and in the room. The staff immediately changed the sheets, but all of this wasted more than half our day. We were in Goa only for 2 days for a religious visit. The property is beautiful, but very badly maintained. Also, please dont be fooled by the pictures, there is no beach view from any rooms as the overgrown trees block all the views. The only good part of the hotel was the restaurant staff. They took great care of us while dining and were in general very helpful.

Very average but probably what you expect for a three star hotel in Goa

Within walking distance of the wedding party we were attending at Colva beach.

Room was not clean. floor was filthy and linen and towels very old. No lifts.
