    Disappointing stay!
    The pool was very nice and the fitness center looked good, though I only looked at it and didn't use it. The attached restaurant, Regatta Pub, made very good drinks and had big, tasty breakfast offerings (not complimentary).
    Our room was smaller than expected and because of that, it wasn't a room that we wanted to just hang around in as it felt a little claustrophobic. There was neither a fridge or a microwave, which perhaps I should've known, but I assumed for the price that the room would at least have a small fridge. There was hair from the previous guest left on the bathroom floor near the shower. The heating system would switch from warm air to cool with the setting on heat, so the temperature in the room was never consistent. There were no charging outlets in the clock or lamp as there are in some hotels, so with the outlets near the bed occupied by other things, at least one of us had to charge our phone on the window sill (a minor inconvenience, I know). The curtain on the window didn't go all the way around, so there were parking lot lights shining into the room at night and we could see where it seemed that other guests had tried to tack the curtain to the wall in some manner, as paint was missing and it was scarred near the window. I would not return to this property unless I was guaranteed a totally different kind of room that was larger and had more ameneties.

    Only minor inconveniences and the cute room and friendly staff far outweighed anything negative.
    The staff was the friendliest ever. Super sweet.
    The heater in our room was not working, we were given a space heater in no time but it was difficult still to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. No mini fridge or microwave. No information in room about amenities, rules, or operations.

    Staff great at giving directions for us to find our tour. A clean comfortable room. Breakfast facilities onsite but we
    Easy to find. A lot of facilities we didnt use. It had a shuttle bus into the town if you didnt wish to walk. A very comfortable room and parking right at the entrance.
    No faults at all.

    Rooms are gross and overpriced.
    location to Salem activities
    Wayyy overpriced for what you get. Our room smelled and had stains everywhere. The cleaning staff is very loud by 8am. I had a do not disturb sign and they entered the room without knocking around 9ish. We werent even checking out that day. I had an alarm under the door which scared them away when they opened it. Did not feel comfortable there. We checked out early and ate the cost and went elsewhere. Never again!

    Hotel, location, restaurant all excellent. Staff so helpful especially Natasha who helped us get off on a day shopping. Food amazing in hotel restaurant, beds comfortable....no complaints
    They used to do feee hot cider and coffee free for guests in lobby so I missed that perk which was very nice
