Saltwater Villas is a highly recommended pet-friendly accommodation with great service and clean, comfortable rooms. The waterfront villas offer magnificent views of the pool and river. The location (Read More)is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff, particularly Tara and Alison, provided exceptional customer service and even offered pet sitting. The pool and private pontoon were a hit with the kids and pets. Overall, a fantastic experience and they can't wait to visit again.

it is a Villa so no meals
the pictures on the internet were misleading and we found ourselves in a Villa with no view. and a steep flight of stairs to get to the studio room, the microwave wasn't working, the ironing board wasn't able to be put back into drawer, nowhere to hang clothes. Only 2 mugs in the kitchen. Three large frying pans and one tiny one, all the knives and forks where different, clearly the owners never have to stay in this facility or they would see what is wrong with it.

Dirty Sheets, Irresponsible and Rude Staff.
The service here is atrocious. Feces and pubic hair was found on bed sheets. Irresponsible staff came to provide spare sheets and purposely let my dog out. The lady said the downstairs safety door was locked but it wasn't and my dog was hit by a car and killed. No staff came to help find him or assist us. I have tried contacting the company via, phone, text, email, booking.com, online and had no response whatsoever.

Great pet-friendly accommodation in the heart of Mooloolaba.
The staff were friendly and the accommodation had plenty of space and was well presented. The pool and rear courtyard were great and the view across the river from the balcony was beautiful (really great for catching sunsets on the water). The location was excellent being a short walk from the beach front and shops.
The property is a bit tired and in need of repairs/updating/mould removal - not a big deal and didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. (Considering how large the property is it was still clearly given a thorough clean before we stayed.)
