The owner lacks organisational skills. Breakage deposit was paid per her instructions but she still asked for POP a total of FOUR times. despite spending detailed screen shots of my booking and the POP so that they could be allocated accordingly. (via email, WhatsApp and the booking.com app). She again queried POP the morning of my arrival. I proceeded to call her and only got ahold of her 3 hours later. Due to her poor organisational skills, naturally I felt unsure if my booking was indeed confirmed or if she perhaps double booked us. She proceed to literally scream at me and sent me sarcastic messages via booking.com. I would NOT recommend this place due to the owners behavior. Im sure I would have been treated with respect if I wasnt a person of colour!
