    The room was great and staff were friendly
    We were originally put into a room that we did not book, and it was substandard. After 3 nights we were moved into the right room, which was lovely. We were offered compensation for the mix up, but it did make the first three nights of our week long stay disappointing.

    Beautiful boutique resort and best spa in Ubud! We will return!
    The spa, the pool, the rooms, the breakfastall of it!
    It is a bit further away from town so you do have to hire a taxi to get to/from town. It doesnt cost too much but youll need to factor in 20-25 minutes from the time you order a taxi to the time you arrive into town, so plan accordingly. It is still very much worth staying here even tho it is not near town.

    Front desk staff were good but they cant make any decision, restaurant is okay, the guy who was performing live music was amazing, he has a great voice and skill. Thanks booking.com for all your help!
    During our weeklong trip to Bali, my wife and I decided to spend a few days in Ubud. Encouraged by a friend's recommendation and the hotel's impressive 8.5 out of 10 rating in reviews, I booked a 4-day, 3-night stay. However, upon arriving at the hotel on the 4th day, I quickly realized something was amiss. The dimly lit surroundings and the considerable distance to our villa, coupled with my wife's leg surgery and need for a closer room, set a disappointing tone. To make matters worse, various issues unfolded during our stay: 1. Every wooden door and bed emitted eerie noises. 2. Closing bathroom doors proved to be a challenge. 3. Dirty shampoo and soap bottles rendered them unusable. 4. Hot water was a joke. 5. The bathtub provided little amusement. 6. Constant dog barking disrupted our nights, blending with the early morning symphony of dogs and birds. 7. Daytime brought the unwelcome noise of renovation drilling, hindering any chance of enjoying the surroundings. Despite reaching out to booking.com for assistance and deciding to cancel the remaining two days, the hotel's management remained uncooperative. Delayed responses led to a spike in alternative hotel prices. This experience marred a day of our seven-day trip, causing a loss of both time and money. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel given its shortcomings and the significant impact on our overall vacation experience.

    The staff are kind,polite and helpful. Occasional problems were addressed promptly and generously.
    The property itself is lovely and peaceful but there is a lot of building work going on around it

    Rooms were big, comfy bed, great air con. Nice pool food very nice.
    Building work noise from 8 am to 5pm and workmen overlooking the pool. Very noisey unable to relax. Very thin small bath towels.
