    Lake view. Food was good. Staff are efficient. Room was clean.
    Guests with big families in neighbouring rooms tend to disturb the tranquil and peace which we long for.

    Also they have charged us twice for stay and now I have to fight for a refund. Disappointed !!
    The Outdoor space was good. Thats IT.
    The Bathrooms had a very distinct dirty drainage smell in the rooms and it was extremely uncomfortable . Also, when we informed the reception desk before checking in , we were told thats the only villa available and we did not have a choice . Take it or leave that was the most arrogant attitude. Extremely disappointed. The only option that was offered is to use a air fresher. Is that what we trusted paid for ??

    The location is good. Very far from the normal market.. Food is good.
    Dirty room. No wifi. Tv recharge was not done. You can't take your can till your room. No proper paint and bad quality of room.

    The breakfast was very good. It was a buffet type breakfast. I loved the mango juice they had kept. Overall the food was nice.
    They had kept novels & books for reading at the reception. But it was mostly in Hindi. They could perhaps add few English books to the collection.

    The location is beautiful. Food was good and made as per food restrictions we had
    Cleanliness was shocking.. cobwebs on chairs in balcony, the floor wasn't sweeped and there was dirt all over the floor near the beds. Used towel was left in bathroom. Should inform guests about best road which leads to resort. Due to rains boating was possible.. prices should be lowered and this information should be mentioned on the page

    Our experience at Savanna Resort was truly fantastic. Though v stayed there for one night. The serene atmosphere along with clean surroundings and rooms was the thing which fascinated us. The staff was quite cooperative which is again a positive aspect.
