    Great location, friendly staff, large rooms
    Great location near lots of the main attractions plus close to the water for access to the water bus/taxis. Large room with comfy bed and additional furniture to sit on at other times of day. We also had a fantastic view from the top floor. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Very small gym which is fine to just get a bit of a sweat on although you need to be creative with the kit!
    We hadnt realised the mini bar wasnt free as the pricing list was covered by a magazine in the room but thats not the end of the world. The breakfast could be a bit better, nothing is very fresh. It is fine and serves a purpose but certainly not of 4 star quality. Some areas of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC as they look a bit tired. Theres also not a bar in the hotel which isnt the end of the world but it would have been nice.

    Would never book here again. The staff was nice other than the member I mentioned above.
    The location. The bedding was clean. Historic property.
    The condescending welcome by Ernest. The lie that he told saying all properties shut down the AC and heat when in fact I went to the properties next door and they had them up and running. He advised to open the windows and my sister had to get infection and bite cream from the pharmacy for her infected mosquito bites. They offered fans and bugs machines!

    Fabulous hotel in a great location
    A wonderfully located hotel with amazing staff. Really beautiful room with the comfiest bed I've stayed in, and a fabulous bathroom
    The shower needs looking at - everything we used the shower, the water poured out onto the floor adjacent to the cubicle, meaning we had to use at least 2.towels to dry it up. And never enough hangers, like many other hotels. But they are the only things... everything else was really great
