I really like the location, it was so close of everything and the breakfast was very good

I dont like carpet in hallways and rooms, how its more difficult to clean, sometimes give a less clean appearance, but its just a matter of taste.

The location is all this Hotel has to offer

Location is the best this Hotel has to offer, however also the beds were comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and quality.

The check-in on 01 Jan was taken out of a Fawlty Tower episode. The Agent was clearly drunk or high as he waved his arms around, made inappropriate joked and spend 20 min checking in the people in front of us. The people waiting in the lobby rolled their eyes and when I asked if there were another person who could help, he pulled out a card and told me I was welcome to complain. When it was my turn, I keep communication to a minimum to not feed his "frenzy". Totally inappropriate. Not better next day when I came to collect my suitcase, same agent send it into the backroom to pick up my suitcase, without checking what we took (no, he was not busy) We are in room 117, facing the courtyard. The walls are paper-thin, we could hear the neighbour sneeze and their alarm next morning at 7am. I was looking forward to a shower, but the showerhead (and the shower itself) was so filled with limestone almost no water came out.

Superb

Central location, good breakfast. Our children (aged 27 and 29) loved the waffle maker. Comfy bed and our hotelroom had a bath.

There was dust and spiderwebs on the chandelier in the room. Some things need a deep clean.

Near train station and good breakfast

the shower is without heating and the floor is freezing and the room also is very very cold ( we changed the room 3 times) I dont recommend for family with kids

Great location, next to the metro & breakfast choices. Comfy beds and nice size shower.

The windows are old and paperthin, so you hear the city hall famous clock bong every 15min, from 8 in the morning to 12 at night. :) Stayed for 3 nights, the room had not been cleaned once, do not know if that is the protocol or what. The bathroom doors, both for toilet or shower do not close properly. No slippers or robe.

The location is perfect! Right in the city center and close to the main streets and the metro station. This makes it so easy to go everywhere

Breakfast is nice. Hotel personnel are very nice Amazing location

The bathroom was full of mold, sink was super small. The radiator didnt work. We payed for a city view room and we got a horrible indoor view of the neighbors. The is no room service. Christmas with hunger! Price is too high for such a bad experience.

A wonderful trip away, staying in a well located nice hotel.

The location is great, in the town square opposite Tivoli Gardens and close to the metro station. It was a lovely experience following the love heart lights in the shopping area to find the various Christmas markets. The room was nicely decorated with a lovely modern bathroom. It was very clean.

The double bed seemed small. The bed base had proud sharp edges, which we had to cover with pillows, so that we did not catch our legs.
