    Relaxing Stay at Sea Shell, Havelock
    Beautiful resort with a great location and excellent food choices. Good accommodations and facilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Habitat Institute which is in charge of the activities at this resort is a great plus! It is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures.
    Only gripe is that their Bonova restaurant has had to remove several items from its menu due to power fluctuations.

    really nice staff, we went diving so we missed breakfast every morning. but they kept something on the side just for us every day. The garden in the resort is wonderfull and the room was really big with a nice balkony. In short excellent place would go back.
    The wifi is reset every day, so you need to get a (free) voucher every day. that is a bit of a hassle

    A great stay with a relaxing vibe that needs improvement to their Villas and restaurants.
    Loved the location in terms of accessibility from the Jetty port and for visiting various spots in Havelock. In addition the view of the Andaman Sea from the resort was gorgeous. Reception and other hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Responsiveness for room service was prompt. Swimming pool was clean and towels were provided for on and off-site activities. Availability of Scubaluv ( a scuba diving company - not owned by Sea Shell) within the company was a great advantage as we could book and do dives at our convenience. Apart from Scuba the hotel also offers a variety of activities (eg. snorkeling, trekking, marine drives etc.) which is definitely a big plus. The on-site live music in the evening was a nice relaxing touch. Loved the placement of beach chairs that offer some of the most soothing views. The property was well maintained, clean and overall beautiful!

    The lighting in the "Villa" rooms should be made better as it was extremely dim. We had a lizard in our room so pest/insect control should be done better. Opening couple of suitcases in bedroom simultaneously was a challenge due to lack of space and furniture. The service at White Lotus restaurant (which serves breakfast as well) was slow and needs improvement (eg. first wrong order was given and then it took them 15mins to replace a steamed rice with Jeera rice and by then all other dishes had become cold). Customizations of tea were not offered by the restaurant staff. While they agreed to customize it - it took them a really long time to get it served which is not ideal. The taste of dishes a Bonova needs improvement where same rice recipe is currently being used for chinese, mexican and italian dishes.

    Fantastic location, private beach, lot of onsite open space, three different eating places, spacious rooms, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great service.
    Not many different menu options other than the standard Punjabi/Chinese dishes, there were different beers listed but only two were available. Considering an island location not a lot of variety of seafood.
