Very good

Fantastic location, friendly staff, ready to help anytime.

Location is fantastic. Properly has a playground, good for sit out.

Wi-Fi needs improvement, specifically on second floor. Sound proofing of main door is required as any noise in Coridoor disturb the guest.

Nothing much , the hotel does not have its own restaurant, its a big problem.

We inquired at the hotel reception and got to know that the Hotel charges were around 2000 Rs , So why did Booking.com charge me additionally 1500 Rs more ? Next time i will have to think about Booking.com for any hotel reservation as it seems you charge lots of hidden fees. I am really disappointed with this as I am using Booking.com since so many years. I really wonder how much money i have lost because of you .

Staffs and cook behaviour, staff of this hotel misbehave very badly, behaved very rudely, when I asked for dinner thali ,he offered a single piece fish of finger size & 4-roti with salad of rs 350/- which was very very high. so i had to stay here without food at night while they mentioned that food is available at their own restaurant but now they are denying that food is not available. refund my money of a fraud booked hotel. Refund my money which spent in booking a fraud hotel. There is problem of electricity cut, when I asked it at reception that why it is cut, he answered like : i am not MCB man ,which kind of behaviour is this.its spoilt my tour

Nice and clean rooms, calm & pleasant surroundings, polite staff.

Room on grund floor was not maintained. Though it was clean. There were lekeage patches on walls and paint had started to peel off.
